Hitting the Wall and Finding a Second Wind
I have been pushing myself in the weight room for years but lately it feels like my body has just decided it is done growing no matter how much protein I shove down my throat or how heavy I lift. It is incredibly frustrating to be in your mid-thirties and feel like you are working twice as hard for half the results compared to the younger guys at my gym who seem to recover in their sleep.
