1. Any reservation for shows organized by ENJOY VERSE LTD is subject to the terms and conditions presented on the Terms and Conditions page. You may access the latest updates to this page at any time. We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace the Terms and Conditions page at any time without prior notice. You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically. Continued use of or access to this page after any changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the current Terms and Conditions.

2. All tickets sold are subject to the Terms and Conditions. Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing and ask any questions related to them prior to purchase. The purchase of a ticket constitutes your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.

3. It is your responsibility to check your tickets, as if you make any mistake, it may not be possible to correct it after purchase. Please check your tickets once you receive the email confirmation and contact us immediately if there is an error.

4. Please read the details of each individual event to see the terms regarding tickets for persons under 18 years of age, as conditions vary depending on the type of event and the venue. It is your responsibility to be informed at the time of purchase, as no changes can be made at the venue, and possibly not even after purchase.

5. ENJOY VERSE LTD will make every possible effort to refund tickets in the event of cancellation without rescheduling/postponement. In the case of rescheduling/postponement due to force majeure, tickets are non-refundable; however, the credit may be retained and used for the rescheduled performance or for any future event offered by ENJOY VERSE LTD.

6. “Force Majeure” means any cause beyond the control of ENJOY VERSE LTD, including but not limited to acts of God, war, riots, insurrection, civil unrest, acts of terrorism, fires, explosions, floods, national mourning, theft of essential equipment, malicious damage, strikes, closure, adverse weather, third-party orders, national defense requirements, and acts or regulations of local or national governmental authorities. ENJOY VERSE LTD shall not be liable for any failure to perform any obligation under these Terms to the extent such failure is caused by Force Majeure.

7. In the event of cancellation without rescheduling/postponement, the ticket price printed on the ticket will be refunded in full. The price includes advance sale and system fees. Any other additional charges (such as payment method fees, call center costs, etc.) will not be refunded. Tickets may ONLY be refunded through the point of sale where they were purchased.

8. In the event of cancellation, rescheduling/postponement, or major program or cast changes, no other related expenses (transportation, accommodation, delivery fees, or other costs) will be refunded. ENJOY VERSE LTD reserves the right to inform ticket buyers about such changes. This notification service is voluntary and may be carried out by phone or electronically via email or SMS, provided the information supplied by buyers is correct.

9. ENJOY VERSE LTD shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to any person (including yourself) or property caused:
   (a) in any circumstances where there is no breach of a legal duty of care owed by ENJOY VERSE LTD;
   (b) where such loss or damage is not a reasonably foreseeable result of such breach (except in the case of death or personal injury resulting from ENJOY VERSE LTD’s breach of a legal duty of care); or
   (c) to the extent that such loss or damage results from your breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.

   Unless otherwise stated herein, the total liability of ENJOY VERSE LTD to you in connection with an event (including, but not limited to, any cancellation, rescheduling, or modification) shall be limited to the price paid for the ticket. Furthermore, ENJOY VERSE LTD assumes responsibility exclusively for the organization of the event itself. The artistic performance is entirely the responsibility of the contracted artist, and any complaints must be addressed to the artist’s management. ENJOY VERSE LTD shall not, under any circumstances, be liable to refund the ticket price due to dissatisfaction with the artist’s performance; instead, a review process will be initiated, and the outcome will be communicated to the affected customers.

10. ENJOY VERSE LTD reserves the right to refuse entry and/or remove you from the event and/or venue (and take appropriate action to enforce this right) in reasonable circumstances, including but not limited to:
    (a) health and safety or licensing reasons;
    (b) behavior likely to affect the enjoyment/safety of others;
    (c) use of threatening, abusive, or insulting language or behavior likely to cause a breach of the peace;
    (d) appearing, in the reasonable opinion of ENJOY VERSE LTD, to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs;
    (e) failure to present proof of identity or age when required;
    (f) refusal to comply with security checks;
    (g) breach of the Terms and Conditions; or
    (h) possession of an invalid ticket.

No refunds will be given if entry is refused or you are removed due to your own behavior.

1. Photography and video recording take place at our events. By purchasing a ticket, you consent to the use of your image for public purposes.

2. Recording with any type of device during Stand-up Comedy shows organized by ENJOY VERSE LTD is strictly prohibited.

3. Promotional activities, distribution of flyers, or any other promotional materials at EnJoy Events by other promoters/organizers/company representatives, both inside and outside venues, shall be charged as follows:

• £1 per seat for venues with a capacity of over 1,000 seats;

• £1.50 per seat for venues with a capacity between 500–1,000 seats;

• £2 per seat for venues with a capacity under 500 seats.
