We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace the terms and conditions page at any time without notice. You are responsible for periodically accessing this page. Continued use of or access to this page after any changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the current terms and conditions.

All tickets sold are subject to the Terms and Conditions. Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing and ask any questions about them before acquisition. Purchasing a ticket constitutes your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.

It is your responsibility to check your tickets so that if you make any mistake, it may not be possible to rectify it after purchase. Please check your tickets at the time you receive the email confirmation and contact Enjoy Events 2019 Ltd. immediately if there is any mistake.

Please read the details of each event to see the terms related to tickets for children under 18, as conditions change depending on the type of event and its location. It is your responsibility to be aware at the time of ticket purchase, as no changes can be made on-site or after ticket purchase.

Enjoy Events 2019 Ltd. will make every effort to refund money in case of cancellation without rescheduling/postponement of the show. In the event of rescheduling/postponement of the show due to force majeure, tickets are not refundable, but the credit can be kept and used for the rescheduled date of the show or for any other future event offered by Enjoy Events 2019 Ltd.

‘Force Majeure’ means any cause beyond the control of Enjoy Events 2019 Ltd. including, but not limited to, natural causes, war, riots, insurrection, civil disturbances, acts of terrorism, fires, explosions, floods, national mourning, essential equipment theft, malicious damage, strikes, closures, weather, a third-party ordinance, national defense requirements, acts of local or national government regulation. Enjoy Events 2019 Ltd. will not be liable to you for failure to fulfill any obligation under the Terms and Conditions to the extent that the failure is caused by ‘Force Majeure’.

In the event of cancellation without rescheduling/postponement of a show, the price printed on the ticket will be fully refunded. The price includes advance sale and system taxes. Other possible additional fees (costs related to payment methods, call center costs, etc.) will not be refunded. Tickets can be returned ONLY through the point of sale from which they were purchased.

In the event of cancellation, rescheduling/postponement, or major changes to the program or cast, no other adjacent expenses (such as transport, accommodation, delivery fees, or other taxes) will be refunded. In the event of cancellation, postponement, or major changes to the program or cast, Enjoy Events 2019 Ltd. reserves the right to inform ticket buyers about these changes. This notification is a voluntary service of Enjoy Events UK Ltd. and can be done by phone or electronically, via email or SMS, if the information provided by the buyers is correct.

Enjoy Events 2019 Ltd. will not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to any person (including yourself) or property caused: (a) in any circumstances where there is no breach of a legal duty of care owed by Enjoy Events 2019 Ltd., (b) in circumstances where such loss or damage is not a reasonably foreseeable result of such a breach (except in the case of death or personal injury resulting from a breach of a legal duty of care owed by Enjoy Events 2019 Ltd.); or (c) to the extent that any loss or damage results from your breach of any of the Terms and Conditions. Except as otherwise provided in this condition, the total liability of Enjoy Events 2019 Ltd. to you in connection with an event (including, but not limited to, for any cancellation, rescheduling, or change of an event) will be limited to the price paid to the agent for the ticket purchased.

Enjoy Events 2019 Ltd. reserves the right to refuse your entry and/or expel you from the event and/or venue (and may take appropriate measures to enforce this right) under reasonable circumstances, including without limitation (a) for health and safety or licensing reasons, (b) if you behave in a manner that may affect the enjoyment/safety of other persons at the event, (c) if you use or display threatening, abusive, or insulting words or manners or behave in a manner that may provoke a breach of peace, (d) if, in the reasonable opinion of Enjoy Events 2019 Ltd., it appears you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, (e) if you fail, when required, to prove your identity or age, (f) if you refuse to comply with the security checks of Enjoy Events 2019 Ltd., (g) if you violate the Terms and Conditions, or (h) if your ticket is void. No amount will be refunded if you are refused entry or are ejected due to your own behavior.

At our events, photographs and videos are taken. By purchasing a ticket, you agree that we can use images of you in public spaces.

Promotional activities, distribution of flyers, or any other promotional items at events held by EnJoy Events, conducted by other promoters/organizers/representatives of companies, both inside and outside the venues, will be charged according to: £1 per seat at events over 1000 capacity; £1.5 per seat at events with a capacity between 500-1000; £2 per seat for events in venues with a capacity under 500.
