I’ve been training seriously for about a decade now, but lately, it feels like my body has just decided to stop cooperating with my ambitions. No matter how much I sleep or how clean my diet is, the soreness in my joints persists for days and my energy levels during my morning sessions are absolutely tanked compared to just a couple of years ago.
